据俄罗斯油气网10月17日消息称，俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司已在新加坡注册了俄气海洋润滑油运营公司。

新企业将确保俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司船用油国际生产和物流网络的有效发展，包括东南亚和欧洲市场。目前，该公司的产品已获得主要船舶设备制造商的认可，在全球250多个港口都有代理。

Gazprom Neft created a subsidiary in Singapore to develop an international marine oil business

Singapore, Neftegaz.RU. Gazprom Neft has registered the operating company Gazpromneft Marine Lubricants with an office in Singapore.

The new enterprise will ensure the effective development of the international production and logistics network of Gazprom Neft marine oils, including in the markets of Southeast Asia and Europe. Currently, the company's products, approved by key manufacturers of marine equipment, are already represented in more than 250 ports of the world.

The range of marine oils and lubricants under the Gazpromneft and Gazpromneft Ocean brands includes 43 items of high-tech products for all types of marine equipment. In particular, the range includes 15 varieties of Gazpromneft Ocean engine oils for 2- and 4-stroke engines, the formulations of which were developed taking into account the requirements of the international shipping industry and the provisions of the MARPOL-2020 convention.

Expansion of the international geography of ship oil sales is provided for by Gazprom Neft's development strategy until 2030; we plan to significantly increase the volume of production and sales of specialized lubricants and occupy by 2030 4% of the international market for marine oils; the opening of an operating company in Singapore, the center of i吉林nternational shipping, where one of the world's largest port hubs is located, will allow the most efficient construction of a production and logistics network taking into account its own lubricant production plants in Russia and partner blending facilities abroad.

At the beginning of 2015, amendments to the main convention entered into force, which regulate the amount of sulfur in marine fuel used on ships whose routes run in SECA zones. From January 1, 2020, the requirements of the MARPOL Convention on the prohibition of the use of fuels with a sulfur content of more than 0.5% will be distributed throughout the territory of international shipping.
